Welcome to Space for Positive Body Image
This programme will help you to learn techniques to overcome poor body image and low self-esteem. This programme includes practical strategies help you to tackle how you feel about yourself and your body. You can learn about:
- Positive self-esteem
- The impact of the media on body image
- The link between food and mood
- Dealing with difficult feelings
- Challenging negative thoughts
Space for Positive Body Image consists of seven modules that you can complete in your own time and at your own pace over approximately eight weeks. Each module contains text, video and audio clips as well as interactive and engaging activities that will help you to manage undesirable symptoms and regain control.
