Need Urgent Help or Support?

If you are distressed, experiencing thoughts of harming yourself or suicide we would recommend that you seek advice immediately.

We DO NOT provide crisis support service.

SilverCloud does not offer real time therapy and so your review appointments with your assigned supporter will only be seen and attended to at the time of your scheduled appointment. This means your messages may be seen at a delayed time however here are services where you can get help from:

  • Your GP, Urgent Care (out of hours GP) or Accident & Emergency department {where there is imminent risk of self-harm or suicide}
  • CPFT First Response Service on 111 option 2
  • The Samaritans free phone 116 123 or email
  • Lifeline 0808 808 2121 (Open 7pm – 11pm, 365 days a year)
  • The Hopeline UK (Papyrus) 0800 068 41 41

You can use the NHS 111 service if you feel you need urgent medical help or advice but NOT for life threatening situations. If it is life threatening please speak with your GP urgently or go to Accident and Emergency.
